3 partial skeins (see yardage amounts below) of Brooklyn Tweed SHELTER
Sample shown uses the following colors/amounts:
Main Color (MC): “Woodsmoke”; 65 (72) yards
Stripe Color (SC): “Hayloft”; 10 (11) yards
Brim Color (BC): “Nest”; 30 (37) yards
Note: Three skeins of Shelter are enough to make 3 hats, switching MC, SC, and BC
GAUGE
4.5 stitches & 9 rows = 1” in Garter Stitch with Gauge Needle
NEEDLES
One 16” circular (or pair of straight) needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed above
One 16” circular needle one size smaller than Gauge Needle
Suggested sizes: US 8/5 mm & US 7/4.5 mm

To fit head sizes 18-22” (23-25”)

18.75 (20)” circumference, unstretched; 7.5 (8)” tall
Measurements given with fabric relaxed after blocking. Garter stitch fabric has good elasticity for fitting various head sizes.
