Nate, known for loosing his hats, asked me to recreate his favorite beanie so he’ll never be without – he loves the substitute better than the original!

Multiple cables on a reverse-stockinette background twist and twine until they meet up on the top of the crown creating a cool star pattern

A quick knit and just the right thickness in a worsted weight yarn

Pattern is written and charted

Size: S (M, L) adult
8 - 8.25” long x 19-23 (20-24, 21-25)” circumference

Yarn: 1 skein Cascade 220 wool (220yds/100g; 100% peruvian wool) Or alternative worsted weight wool or wool blend

Needles US 6 (4.25mm) 16” circulars, US 7 (4.5mm) 16” circulars and double point needles, or size to obtain gauge and 1 size smaller
