This sweet little Niffler is from Harry Potter.

I think it looks like a cross between Australian Monotremes (egg laying mammals) an Echidna and Platypus.

Any yarn weight with matching hook is ok to use.

Crocheting with fur yarn is very difficult so I just use a cat brush and Brush the finished pieces before assembly.

Body and head are made in one piece and legs, arms, muzzle and tail are attached later.
