North End is available as part of the Charles Collection from BHK Cooperative. Photos copyright Caro Sheridan and used with permission.

North End is a textured A-line swing coat reminiscent of 1960s Chanel. Worked in box stitch main color with contrasting trim, the garment features a flared hip tapering to the bust, closely fitted sleeves, and a single button closure. It is meant to be worn with 2-4” of positive ease to keep the front pieces looking trim and fitted, but not splaying out too far to the sides. The body and sleeves are knitted back and forth in pieces, then seamed together after blocking; the neckline and the button bands are picked up and worked back and forth.

North End is part of the 10-pattern Charles Collection, from BHK Cooperative. To purchase the collection for US$21.95, please visit the BHK Cooperative website.
