This is the pullover sweater that I designed for my grandson, using the yarns and buttons that he chose. Ever since he’s been able to communicate, he’s let us know that he’s absolutely smitten with the color orange. And by a wonderful coincidence, shortly after I began designing this, Pantone chose Tangerine (orange) for THE color of 2012.

I designed this in children’s sizes 4/5, 6/7 & 8/10. It’s made to be a little loose, so that children can wear it comfortably over long sleeve jerseys, with plenty of ease for playing and growing. You could easily make it for a little girl just by reversing the buttons and buttonholes. Or change the colors for a girly-girl.

Pattern includes acceptable yarns to substitute for the Berroco Comfort.
