Design:
The Dress has a lacy pattern and flared, wavy hemline. The front, back and sleeves of the Dress are knitted separately and then slipped onto the same needle to complete the yoke and ribbon roses are sewn to the yoke (optional). Stitches are picked up for the bands at the back and fastened with press studs. The pattern also includes Bootees and Mittens, both fastened with satin ribbon.

Sizes:
1 size to fit doll 15-18 inches or 38-46 cms.

Yarn:
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply). You will need 1 x 100 gram balls of main shade and 1 x 100 gram ball of contrast shade.

Skill:
Intermediate. Written instructions provided.

Tension:
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles:
Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles

4 press studs/fasteners/poppers for Dress
Stitch holders
Satin ribbon for Bootees and Mittens
4 ribbon roses
