These kilt hose are designed for my brother Patrick, and are intended to celebrate our Irish heritage.

Measurements:
Foot Length: 10 9 inches
Foot Width: 10 9 inches
Leg Length from heel to knee: 17 15 inches
Calf width: 18 18 inches
Actual measurements with negative ease:
Foot Length: 10 9 inches
Foot Width: 9 8 inches
Leg Length from heel to knee: 16 14 inches
Calf width: 17.5 17 inches

MATERIALS
Schoppel Wolle Zauberball 75% virgin wool/25% Nylon; 420m per 100g skein; color: Grun orange tick Grashalm; 2 skeins
1 set of US #1.5/2.5mm double-point needles or
40 length-inch or longer US #1.5/2.5mm circular needle for magic loop
stitch markers
optional cable needle
darning needle

GAUGE
8 sts/10 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch

K- knit
P- purl
M1- make one
M1P- make one purl
YO- yarn over
Sl1kw- slip one knitwise

psso- pass slipped stitch over
SSK- slip, slip knit
P2tog- purl 2 together
ktbl- knit through the back loop
ptbl- purl through the back loop
LT- left twisted stitch
RT- right twisted stitch
