The pattern for Pemberley is also available in ‘Novel Knits’, a book celebrating British Literature in stitches.

The patterning is based on Georgian decorative forms, as seen in the great English houses of that era. The use of travelling colourwork as a design feature was inspired by the wonderful work of fellow designer, Kieran Foley.

The pullover is a seamless knit from bottom to top with a compound raglan yoke. The front neck is steeked.

The pattern includes charts for the colourwork stitch patterns. Each round of knitting references several charts (for the side panel, the net pattern, and the front panel). You will need to carefully follow the written instructions to produce the garment in your chosen size. The sizes are not charted out.
