Pemberton ~ is a fall inspired front-fastening capelet complete with fingerless-mitts, the capelet features a diamond cable stitch pattern throughout with shaping occurring on both the purl stitches and cables, with line-by-line instructions given. A ribbed stitch worked along the edge and on the mock turtle neck for extra warmth.

This versatile trendy capelet is a great addition to your doll’s seasonal wardrobe and sure to become her favorite.
For a finishing touch, I worked a coordinating Tam, this beret pattern is featured as part of the Pemberton Collection in my Fall/Winter book recently published

Designed to fit:
American Girl Dolls & 18” Gotz Dolls like Jessica that shares the same body type also fits slim all vinyl Gotz dolls

Pattern Note:
Easy to follow line by line written instructions, worked in one piece, including button bands and turtle neck. Note: Crochet hook worked for button-loops

Designer’s Note:
Worked flat:back and forth in rows ~ my preferred knitting technique using my bamboo straights

Construction: Worked from the bottom up in one piece, including button bands and turtle neck.

Skill Level:
Easy-Intermediate: Project with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables, mid level shaping and finishing.
