In addition to the crochet pattern, the instructions also include a sized pattern to cut the exact size foam form you will need for the pillow. The pillow form used for stuffing is a 12½” diameter circle cut from a 2” thick piece of foam, or you can use fiberfill stuffing if you prefer.
