Plinth Hat is a fast and simple knit with an interesting construction. Start with a sideways knit garter brim for a rib effect, then work a simple texture over the front and back of the hat. Choose from 4 sizes and a beanie or slouchy length to knit up a hat for anyone on your gift list - just pick a solid or semi solid yarn in your recipient’s favorite color!

This pattern assumes knowledge of working in the round, picking up stitches, and decreases. Detailed descriptions are included for all special techniques: Figure 8 Cast On and 3 Needle Bind Off. A video tutorial link is also included for for the Figure 8 Cast On technique.
