From Wednesday, November 23 to Monday, November 28, you get this pattern for FREE as a Thanksgiving present from me to you! NO COUPON CODE NEEDED!

Sometimes, when life happens, you get overwhelmed and all you need is the healing effect of some yarn and needles and a “mindless knitting” pattern to keep your hands busy and your heart content!
I created this cowl pattern during a small crisis (my husband’s confinement in the guest room while he was ill with covid; I know, almost everyone can relate to this situation).
Too much stress, too many things to take care of at the same time; I was just too tired to make up an extravagant stitch pattern motif for a new project.
And then…I just decided to let the yarn guide me.
So, there you have it! Simple stranded colourwork (quiet, Scandinavian motifs) and hand-dyed yarn. I love the way hand-dyed yarn colourways blend and give the stranded stitch pattern some fusion and blur!
I think it is very refreshing, don’t you?
You can use your stash leftovers, or you can buy the beautiful yarn TreLiz has made and make your own relaxing knit cowl. Enjoy!
