SPREAD the LOVE I’m feeling the winter doldrums and want to spread a little cheer and love. 50% off all my patterns!!

Posedeia is a lace shawl, knit in one piece from the enter-top outward. With both charts and written instructions, knitters will be able to choose the most comfortable way to follow the pattern. It can be easily customized for different sizes, by changing the number of repeats of the charts as it is knit.

The first motif reminds me of Poseidon’s Trident but I can’t see him wearing a shawl, so I went with the feminine version of his name, hence Posedeia Shawl.

52” across, 25.5” down center spine. (This is subject to each individual’s gauge.)

Approximately 450 yards of fingering weight yarn -
Test knitters used anywhere from 380 to 440 yards to complete.

1 size 6 (4.0mm), 24-inch circular or longer if preferred.

22 sts/32 rows = 4 inches in stockinette on size 6 needles

Exact gauge is not important. However, a looser gauge will result in the use of more yardage.

Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Stitch marker for marking center stitch
