Preppy Alligator….you’ve seen him on shirts, and now you can wear him on your feet! Sometimes, when stranding over large patches of one color, you get unwanted puckers. I have eliminated the problem by ALWAYS stranding every two sts, regardless of the color used. This results in a texture that looks like a subtle, embedded ribbing. It is intentional and eliminates those unwanted, misplaced puckers. The socks contain a secret pocket for holding a little cash or a key. Fun to knit and fun to wear. And look for the matching Preppy Alligator: The Hat, too!
