Note: the skirt portion of this dress is aprox. 7in long I do NOT recommend making it much longer due to the weight of the piece. You do not want this piece too loose in the hips and waist for the same reason. This piece should be 21 in the chest and waist, 22 in the high hips with about an inch and a half of stretch room all around.

Sport weight yarn aprox ½ oz for bow (Bernat Softee White used for the example)
60in of soft ribbon folded in half (for halter tie)
