This cute and quick crochet Pussy Hat was inspired by Josee Harding’s pattern. I kept trying to buy her pattern but there was no BUY button. So, I created my own. I’m charging more for it so that Josee will get the business if she ever loads a BUY button on her pattern!

In the meantime, crochet this up quickly in single crochet with an edging of a 5 stitch double crochet shell alternated with a single crochet.

The important thing when you start is to single crochet down the starting chain then single crochet down the other side of the chain. This will make a flat hat in the round and set up the pussy cat ears when you wear it!

This is my first pattern so please share feedback.
