This is a pattern from the Rowan Book Eleven, which was published in 1992.

This child’s cotton sweater by designer Annabel Fox has a cute elephant on the front and back, and patterns all over the sleeves. The pattern uses eight colours and intarsia.

There are also pattern for a woman’s sweater and a man’s waistcoat.

Yarn Requirements:

3(4) skeins, 327(436) yards of Nice in 436 Mardi Gras
1 skein (109 yards) of Nice in each of 431 Rio, 432 Carnival, 430 Parade and 437 Fiesta for both sizes
1 skein (125 yards) of Cotton Glace in each of 737 Spice, 738 Clay and 744 Provence for both sizes.
