Inspired by Disney’s Tangled, Rapunzel is a mid-thigh length sweater dress with a tailored waist and an elegant cable panel down the front and back, reminiscent of Rapunzel’s corset-top dress in the movie, and her casual, fun-loving approach to life. Worked from the top-down, the construction is seamless and simple, with raglan shaping to create the sleeves as you begin the cabling. The square scoop-neck is finished in a fold-over picot edging. The hem lands mid-thigh (depending on your preference, which can easily make the dress longer or shorter) and finishes off with a smart ribbing. Perfect to wear over your favorite jeans or leggings with boots.
