A modern Miss in Regency times would feel really fashionable in this beautiful hat and cloak.
Just the thing to go for a stroll in the park or to go shopping. Quick and easy to make; your dolls will love to wear this outfit.

You will need 100g yarn for cloak and 50g for hat. The hat can be made with or without the wire stiffening the brim if children will be playing with it. (The dress instructions are not included but the patterns are available in my Ravelry store.)

Needs basic knowledge of knitting in the round, K and P and YO.
Simple increase and decreases.
Gauge: 6sts x 8 rows = 1”.
Needles suggested are size 3.25mm needles or size needed to achieve gauge.Please check your gauge before starting!
Dpns to knit in the round for hat.
Circular or straight needles to work the cloak.1 spare needle to hold cloak sts while working collar.
2 Stitch holders. (Optional)
Yarn needle for finishing ends.
2 beads to sew onto flowers (optional)
Thin wire to hold sts for hat brim. Jewellery wire is ideal. Pliers to cut and bend wire ends.
A pretty closure for cloak neck.

Abbreviations.
CO: cast on.
BO. bind off.
K: knit.
P: purl.
SSK: slip, slip, knit together through back loop. (decrease made).
YO: Yarn over. (increase made)
KFB: Knit into the front and then the back of st. (increase made).
