This pattern is for an adult hat with a fun, angular decrease on the crown of the hat.

The hat is knit in the round on size 10.5 (6.5 mm) double-pointed needles (though you could use the Magic Loop method with circulars if desired) using Bulky yarn.

With a monochrome stripe formed by alternating sections of knit and purl stitches, this hat is elegant and practical for cold seasons and environments. The angular decrease is unexpected and is designed to work up easily in each of three sizes.

This is an exceptionally quick-to-knit hat and is perfect for last-minute projects.
