Ribbon Candy 18" Doll/Preemie Dress
I absolutely love the this crochet pattern! It is easily becoming one of my favorite stitches to work because of the many color options that look great.
The various colors that have been used show off the stitch pattern with fantastic results. Working the color changes can give you a wide variety of looks. Keep it simple and make the top one solid color - OR - Make the top V a different color and maybe shorten the skirt a little and use your favorite sports or school colors and Vwaa Laa… it looks like a Cheerleader uniform :)
You can easily make a dress in just a couple of hours. It is a perfect addition for a “Mommy & Me” Collection to help make play time/dress up time more fun for your girls! Larger dress sizes are in the works right now as well as other items using this same design.
This pattern is for Advanced Beginners and higher. It uses about 3 oz of Caron Simply Soft yarn and a size H hook. Photos are shown for stitch placements and I do offer support if needed.
This pattern has been tested by many experienced crocheters for accuracy.
Please be sure to read the instructions closely. If for some reason you have trouble, please email me at craftingfriends4you@yahoo.com and I’ll be happy to help.
