Growing up in Nova Scotia, Canada, I have always loved the ocean. This square, with its rich texture and colour reminds me of those ever changing tides.

Skill Level: Easy

Gauge: 14 sts x 12 rows = 4 inches.

Finished Size: Approximately 12 x 12 inches.

Yarn: Vanna’s Choice® by Lion Brand® (%100 Acrylic; 3.5 oz/100 g; 170 yd/156 m). Approx. 35 yards colour A: Colonial Blue; Approx. 35 yards colour B: Sky Blue; Approx. 35 yards colour C: Silver Heather; Approx. 35 yards colour D: Pale Grey. You will only need 50-75 yards per ball for one square.

Hook: Size J/10 (6.0 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
