These mitts are worked from the bottom up, in the round. A mosaic pattern runs along the top of the hand, while the palm side of the mitt is worked in stockinette stitch. Mosaic patterns are a wonderful way to create colorwork without the need to carry two yarns on a row. To work your mitts in two colors, simply alternate yarns every two rows throughout.
