This is a set-in sleeve version of the raglan-sleeve Moss Rib, also by Kim Hargreaves, in Cecily Collection Rowan Book 12.

The two color version requires 1 of one color and 8 of another up to 2 of first color, 10 of the other. The sweater is started in one color and has a few random bands of the other at the base only…NO color change in collar or cuffs.
