Name of the Sofa Throw is Mountain Comfort

Lap Blanket uses 2 skeins Mountain Colors Mohair and 4 skeins Mountain Colors Moguls.
Sofa Throw uses 2 skeins Mohair and 6 skeins Moguls.

This 44” x 48” lap blanket was designed for keeping warm during Rocky Mountain winters. It has the elegant texture of Moguls and Mohair used alternately and gives cozy, lightweight warmth. Once again the hand-dyed yarns combine to produce a colorful design that is a great accent on a rocking chair or sofa.

Pattern: 4-row repeat

Reserve yarn for fringe before beginning cast on. Use remaining yarn for throw. Use crochet hook to attach fringe.

Throw must be heavily blocked to create 44 x 48 inch size using size 11 needles.

Option: If you use size 13 needles, completed throw doesn’t have to be blocked as heavily.

Blocking instructions are provided.
