Seedlings planted grow and flourish. The roots entwine together that it is inconceivable that they should ever part.

The Roots pattern uses ten square designs with growing, twisting, turning, and entwining motifs.

The mystery blanket is worked in squares, in a mosaic garter stitch, and sewn together. The charts are also given in reversed colours for ease of use in case you decide to swap the light and dark colours in your blanket.

The mosaic pattern is charted and written out. The charts are also given in reversed colours for ease of use in case you decide to swap the light and dark colours in your blanket.

The sample was made in Worsted / 10 ply weight acrylic yarn. Different yarn weights and fibres can be used. Using different fibres affects the size of the blanket and the amount of yarn needed.
