This is a one size pattern for most persons. The collar-less photo is a tall woman. The photo of the collared version is a small woman (adding the collar does make it shorter).

Intermediate Level:
Knit 2 oblong pieces that are invisibly stitched together. Must be able to Knit, Purl, do Yarn Overs, Knit 2 stitches together as one, & pick up stitches.

Once again, I used O-Wool yarn as everyone knows I am crazy for it.
