This is a project that will keep your knitting fingers nimble.
For a beginner knitter that has just learnt their knit and purl stitches this pattern will introduce wrapping techniques which introduce abbreviations yfwd (yarn forward) and yarn back (yarn back). Its a very effective stitch and give lovely texture.
