Notes:

  3. This pattern was written in US terms for the right handed crocheter
  4. This pattern has only been tested using Red Heart Super Saver Yarns
  5. This pattern contains 5 sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL (toddler thru adult)
  6. Chains do not count in stitch count
  7. Colored numbers in parentheses indicate stitch count for sizing
  8. Using a Styrofoam head for piece placement is optional but very recommended to make sure each piece is lined up even but pinning the pieces to the beanie with safety pins works just fine too 
  9. Pictures depict largest sizing to accurately show sts and counts
  10. Numbers at end of rounds in parentheses indicate number of stitches for round
  11. Gauge using size “I” (5.50 MM) hook: 13 sts= 4”, 11 rows = 4”
  12. Finished product: wash in cold or luke-warm water, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
