Create a world under the sea with our fish, seahorse, starfish and turtle.

The bright colours and different shapes make them great fun for small children. Just be careful to fix the eyes in securely.

We also have a pattern for a dolphin - check our other listings.

Size: The starfish is 9cm (3½in) in diameter. The others are approx. 12cm (4¾in) long

Difficulty: Easy

Stitches used: kfb, k2tog, p2tog, sl1k, sl1p, sl1k1psso

You will need:
• Wool. I used Double Knit (8-6 ply, “light worsted”.) Tension square: 10cm x 10cm square is 24 stitches across and 32 rows. You’ll need no more than 50g of cream and 25g of orange, yellow, light pink, dark pink, light green and dark green.
• Knitting needles. I used UK size 11 (3.0mm, US size 2.5)
• Tapestry needle
• Stuffing
• Toy safety-eyes or wool to embroider eyes. I used 6mm diameter safety-eyes.
