Shell Stitch Barefoot Sandals
A free version is also available.
This pattern teaches you how to make barefoot sandals that makes use of the shell stitch and is worked in short rows.
I recommend using crochet thread for making this type of barefoot sandals accessories. I used Monaco mercerized cotton thread (popular in the Philippines). You can use Aunt Lydia’s #10 or #3 as substitute. Note that using Aunt Lydia’s #3 will give you a bigger size.
This pattern fits 23-26 cm shoe sizes.
You need to make two of these since this is a foot accessory that comes in a pair.
This is a PDF file that uses US terminology which includes a written pattern, crochet diagram in 300 dpi and picture guide.
You can wear this during yoga, in the beach/ pool, or as an accessory for your slippers/ heels. They can be perfect for beach weddings/ occasions too.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions about the pattern.
