♫ The Music ♫
Shepherd’s Daughter is a traditional tune that, like so many others, goes by a myriad of names; this tune dates back into the mists of time with themes of nature and young love.

A great pattern for those lovely multi-coloured yarns we all love!

A double-bar toe starts off these toe-up socks. For the foot, the instep is worked in pattern while the sole is worked in stockinette stitch. The short-row heel cap means there are no stitches to pick up and the heel is worked in a standard slip-stitch pattern.

The leg is worked in the same pattern as the instep. A tubular bind off (a picture tutorial is included) finishes the 1 x 1 ribbing cuff.

Both charts and written directions for charts are provided. Charts are contained in the main pattern document; the written directions for charts are included in a separate PDF supplement.
