Time for a cute, tiny, and inquisitive Mouse to keep a big eye on things! But first, the proper attire

This pattern contains only the add-on accessory Coat (with and without the capelet). It requires the original Mouse Toy pattern.

Materials for this project include: light weight yarn (40 m; 44 yd), hook (3.00 mm), 4 beads (3/0) for buttons, and tapestry needle for assembly & embroidery.

The 7-page pdf file details instructions for making the Ulster Coat, which was a caped coat worn frequently in Victorian England. However, without the cape, the coat looks quite modern, so this version is included in the pattern, as well.

Among the techniques used here are: invisible finish, work in front/back loops, work on right/wrong sides, adjustable (magic) ring, work in the back bumps of foundation chain, and single crochet with beads worked on the wrong side.

Each piece to be worked is detailed with yardage and charts.

The larger Mouse is made with a 4.00 mm hook.

Enjoy!
