Sherlock’s Great Afghan Adventure is a year long mystery read and knit-along which features a new afghan motif each month inspired by one of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s famous short stories. Beginning March 16, 2019 there will be all sorts of twists and turns to delight the mystery lover and knitter in you. Suitable for adventurous beginners to intermediate fiber warriors alike - with a whole community of friends to answer questions and cheer you on along the way.

The pattern is knit flat and will have 12 separate squares that you will seam together & then apply a border once assembled. However, four bonus character squares and 16 smaller two-third squares are also included as a bonus and to give you several different options to explore. The directions for each square are written and charted. Gauge is not critical to this project - if you want to make it in a different weight yarn and needle size by all means do so - just be consistent with your gauge throughout the entire project.
