I didn’t create any of these techniques or stitch patterns, I just put together some of my favorite elements from my favorite sock patterns: Judy’s Magic Cast-On for the toe, TAAT (two at a time) socks on magic loop, simple and elegant lace pattern, eye of partridge heel, heel flap with no picking up stitches and no wraps or turns, twisted rib cuff, and Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off to finish it off. Modify the width/size by changing needle size, and knit to the perfect length by working toe-up!
