This knit shrug pattern is very easy to knit. The body of the shrug is knit first and then the sleeves are knit in a ribbed pattern in the round. You will need to know how to knit and purl and knit in the round to make this shrug.

There are two needle sizes used for this pattern; size US 10 and size US 9, both circular. Yarn used for the pattern is a 100% cotton yarn, #4 weight. You will need approx. 360 yards of yarn.

Finished shrug measures approx. 35 in. from sleeve end to other end and has a 20 in. drop in the back. The shrug is quite stretchy and should fit any small, medium or large size.
