In Chinese mythology, the sky ladder connects heaven and earth, enabling gods and humans to travel between the two. The “ladder” may take the form of a high mountain, mythical tree, tower, rainbow, or cobweb. This sweet cap, in eight sizes (newborn, 3, 9, 18 mos, 2T, 4T, and adult S, L), coordinates with a Sky Ladder scarf, wrap, or blanket. Natural yarn colors enhance the finer details in the cable and lace textures throughout, while richly-dyed colorways will bring their openwork and depth into focus. The cap is knit completely in the round and makes good use of smaller yarn quantities.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size and elasticity.
