Warm, felted mittens to keep your hands toasty this winter! Three ladies’ sizes: S (M, L). Final size depends very much on how much your wool shrinks when felted. The larger sizes are both wider and longer.

Please note the gauge, and make sure you are able to make it with your wool and needles.

Add a stitch pattern, if you wish, but keep in mind that patterns such as cables get quite muted by the felting process, and any colourwork needs to be done loosely to avoid puckering when it felts. You might even wish to go up a needle size just for the colourwork rounds, if any.

Stitches Used:
knit (K), purl (P), make 1 (M1), slip-slip-knit (ssk), knit 2 together (K2tog), pick up & knit (pu&K), and Kitchener Stitch for top closure (optional)
