What am I missing?
Slip Stitch Crazy Scarf
This is the latest pattern in my Slip Stitch crochet collection. It’s a scarf that begins at the tip with only a few stitches, & increases are made every four rows, & also uses short rows for shaping.
There are also optional directions for working “even” once you’ve reached your desired width.
It is made entirely of slip stitch crochet, & is rated intermediate - the pattern itself is quite easy, but the difficulty lays with keeping your tension nice & steady & loose.
You can use any weight or any type of yarn, but I do recommend a worsted, aran, or bulky weight yarn for best results. Use a larger than normal size crochet hook.
Thank you to my testers, pixie56, debspugs, Jerofitana, Elle76, & nlidano! And thanks to Tracie Barrett (http://traciebarrett.com) for her tech editing skills. You guys make me look good.
Feel free to make as many of these as you like for local craft fairs/auctions/raffles/bazaars, but please do not sell finished items online. If making for charity, please let me know the name of the charity & include my contact info with the item (http://anastaciaknits.net). If you have any questions or comments or just want to join like-minded souls, please join my Ravelry group at http://www.ravelry.com/groups/anastacia-knits-designs. Thanks!
