The Smocked Sheaf Slouchy Beanie is worked in the round from the bottom up and has an interesting allover smocked stitch pattern that is easy to make.

The purple version uses Cascade Yarns Pure Alpaca, shown in color “African Violet”. This creates a heavier, softer fabric for a slightly more slouchy hat than the brown version that uses Cascade Yarns 220, shown in color “Straw Heather”. This creates a lighter, firmer fabric for a less slouchy-looking beanie.

Finished measurements:

Length: 9.7” / 25 cm
Circumference (un-stretched): 17” / 43 cm
