you dont have to speak parseltongue to knit it,
but you may burst out into it when you put it on!
(or maybe a few times while you are knitting it :)
make sure you check out the matching parseltongue hat.

gauge swatch sample:
cast on 28 (size 7US recommended)
row 1: (P2, C6F, C6B) repeat
row 2: (K2, P12) repeat
row 3: (P2, K12) repeat
row 4: (K2, P12) repeat
row 5: (P2, K12) repeat
row 6: (K2, P12) repeat

repeat rows 1-6 for just over 4 inches to get gauge.
it should be 4 inches wide (omitting your first P2 border)
ie: 26 stitches = 4 inches
