“Solar Panels” is constructed toe up and has a full gusset and faux heel flap. Bottom of heel is reinforced. Heel flap is knit in a 3/2 ribbing. Cable and lacework panel is placed asymmetrically on instep, front, and back of leg and paired with 3/2 ribbing. Charts are provided for right and left mirror images. Options include tapered or rounded toe, generic or calculated foot length, and Russian or Hemmed Picot bind off.
