After designing this top and putting it on, I couldn’t stop smiling. I thought it was only fitting that I give it the Spanish word for smile, Sonrisa. The design includes an interesting touch of beadwork and an attractive handkerchief edge in both the hem and sleeves. You will be smiling as well once you see how flattering this style is on you!

This design is stitched in J&P Coats Royale Fashion 3 Crochet Thread, using D, E and F hooks. The beads are size 6/0, which I purchased here at Fire Mountain Gems.

The written instructions for this design will be available in six sizes. The sizes will be based on the underbust measurement of 36”, 38”, 40”, 42”, 44”, 46” and 48”. This will typically fit actual chest measurements of 40”, 42”, 44”, 46”, 48”, 50” and 52”. Additional instructions and suggestions will be provided, including applying the pattern to larger or shorter than average, or larger or smaller bust.
