Welcome to the final pattern of Year of Meditations! This design is for general meditation and for focus.

This is a wonderfully intricate design of cables that have enough challenge to keep your interest from beginning to end. As you work this pattern, it will help to stay focused and on task.

You’ll need a skein of sock yarn (between 275-375 yards, depending on the size and length you make) and your favorite sock needles (I prefer using the “Magic Loop” method of knitting socks). You also might like to have handy your favorite mug of coffee or tea, a bouquet of flowers, or even a happy song list playing in the background.

The sample was knit with Cauldron’s Path Yarns Full Moon and used 300 yards.

Needles used in sample: US 1 (2.25 mm)
