Knit sideways, on the bias, and featuring wavy stripes, Soundwave is a unique asymmetrical shawl with a modern look and shape. Fun to knit and so easy to wear, you’ll want to make more than one of this go-to accessory with your favourite yarns.

Soundwave was knit with the lovely The Uncommon Thread Super Sock in Confetti as a main colour and Twisted Fiber Art Arial Evolution, a fun gradient yarn, as the contrasting colour. Think about using a single variegated yarn for the full project, or a self-striping yarn for the CC, or any colour combination you can think of. The possibilities are endless!

Gauge is not critical to the success of this project, but yardage requirements and the size of the project may vary with yarn substitutions or gauge changes. Size of shawl may also vary with how severely project is blocked.

The pattern includes charts and full written directions. Choose to work from whichever you prefer. It has been testknit and techedited.
