Spandrels are a pair of worsted-weight house socks with elegant architectural cables worked in warm, cozy wool.

Worsted-weight socks work up incredibly fast and provide nearly instant gratification, and the twisted stitches are a great canvas for skeins of colorful hand-dyed yarn.

These socks require two skeins of Madelinetosh Vintage (or other worsted-weight yarn) as written, although they could be squeezed out of one skein by knitting a shorter leg.
