This is the poncho which uses the navajo color chart as requested. The chart is included in the pdf.

I have been wearing this a lot already this fall because I think it is stylish as well as being warm. The oversized poncho type garment paired with the native american pendleton graphics are right on for 2011-12.

I hope you wil check out the post and download the pdf. the chart has not been tested, so please let me know if there are any issues. For the most part though it should be pretty simple and hopefully easy to understand.
