The Spring Sparkle Cowl is a fun way to bling up your wardrobe. Using Red Heart’s Boutique Swanky yarn, it has a great stretch to it and the sequins in the yarn are a great touch.

Instructions are given to allow for customizable sizes. It’s a quick and simple project with great results!
