The Spruce Socks are the second sock & heel pattern in The Heels for Days Sock Club.

The Heels for Days Sock Club features 10 months of 10 new heel patterns, plus complete sock patterns. The socks and heels are designed to interchange and fit together in as many configurations as the knitter can imagine!

The Spruce Socks are a toe-to-toe pattern, with options for separate toe-up or top-down sock knitting. They feature little tree motifs that work just as well toe up or top down, and it’s fun to knit them in one piece as mirror images of each other! Enjoy knitting one long, continuous pair of socks and confusing your friends.

The new heel included this month is called the Double Black Diamond. It has a diamond-shaped centre that cups the back of the heel in slip-stitch columns that remind me of ski tracks surrounded by forest.
