Beginner easy, family sizes, use up lots of scrap yarns.
What to do with all those “little” scraps of yarn! This is the pattern you need! Not only is it super easy, even for beginners, you can use up all types of colors of yarns! We give you the easy to follow diagram of how to sew together , and finishing. People tell us they love this to slip on after a hard day at work! Sizes for toddlers ( 1-3 yrs), children ( 4-8 yrs), women’s or older children, and men’s sizes. A good variety of sizes to “really” use up those scraps of yarn! Uses worsted weight yarns, knitting needles, US# 8. Make a pair for everyone in the family, with all of these sizes!

Suggestions offered by favored knitters:

You could use the toe square to express your creativity. A mitered square, using variegated yarn, would be very attractive. see the project by http://www.ravelry.com/people/Mar1anneC

To assemble the blocks, you could either use a garter stitch mattress stitch or a simple whip stitch (right sides together).
